JenButi Corporation will gladly accept returns for JenBeauty.com as long as they are in accordance with the guide lines listed below: 

General Return Information & Guidelines
JenButi offers a 15-day return policy, unless your order is damaged during transit.  If your order is damaged during transit, you should contact JenButi within 7 days upon receiving your order.  JenButi will make a claim with the carrier to request proper compensation (details see Damaged Goods Exchange Guidelines). To initiate a return/exchange process, you must contact JenButi within 15 days upon receiving your order.  JenButi reserves the right to not fulfill your return request if you fail to initiate the return process in 15 days.  When you file a return/exchange via phone or e-mail, you must give the representative the following information:

  1. your name, current address, and phone number
  2. invoice number and the date of order
  3. *
  4. item(s) to be returned/exchanged
  5. condition of the item(s) to be exchanged/returned
  6. detail reasoning for return/exchange
  7. tracking number (on the outside of the original box)

JenButi will evaluate whether your return or exchange is permitted within the guidelines listed below.  If the return or exchange violates the rules below, JenButi reserves the right to refuse the request for return or exchange.  Please leave a valid phone number or e-mail address, so JenButi representatives can contact you to update your return/exchange progress.  For any general return/exchange, please send item(s) to

When you ship the items back to JenButi, please make sure to include:

  • Invoice number and your contact information.
  • Item(s) to be exchanged or returned, accessories, gifts, and/or promotional item(s) in association with the item(s) to be exchanged or returned.
  • All items must be repackaged in original condition as received by you. If the original packaging is lost, you may use your own packaging material after consulting with a JenButi representative.
  • Please ensure that all items are securely packaged and shipped via a trackable, reliable carrier.  JenButi will not be responsible for any money loss if the return item is damaged or lost during transit.

When JenButi receives your returned or exchanged items, JenButi’s representative will contact you immediately to inform you about the progress of your request.  If any of the following situations happens 10 days after you initiate the claim, JenButi will terminate your claim:

  • JenBeauty does not receive your return/exchange item(s)
  • Conditions of the item(s) received by JenButi are different from those you provided.
  • Accessories, gifts, and/or promotional item(s) is not received along with the item(s) to be returned/exchanged.
  • JenButi cannot reach you with the contact information you provided.
All shipping and handling cost cannot be refunded or exchanged for store credits.  JenButi may also charge you a restocking fee at the time of exchange or return.Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account. 

The following explains the details of different product exchange/return policy:

  • Unopened/New product
    • For any personal reason (“Buyer’s Remorse” or “Wrong Product Ordered”), you are responsible for the cost incurred sending the item(s) back to JenButi, as well as the shipping fee for exchanged item(s).
    • If the return/exchange item(s) JenButi received is opened, used, or damaged, JenButi may charge you a re-stocking or handling fee.
    • JenButi will fully refund your purchase as store credit (less the original shipping and handling) or exchange any item(s) of equal value (nonpromotional price).
    • For refund, JenButi will charge a 30% restocking fee.
  • Opened product
    • If you are allergic to a particular product, JenButi can exchange it for a different product of equal value, but you may only do such exchange once.  If the product exchanged is not of equal value, JenButi will charge you or issue store credit for the difference.
    • If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact JenButi and send the item(s) to the address listed above.  JenButi specialist will inspect item for defects. JenButi will gladly replace the defective item(s) if we find the item(s) to be defective.
    • For any opened item(s), JenButi can only issue store credit (less the original shipping and handling) and may charge you a 10% restocking fee.  
    • The opened item(s) cannot have contents less than two-thirds full.  The contents must not be contaminated with foreign substance(s).  The composition of the content must not be different from the original product’s composition.
  • Defective product
    • If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact JenButi and send the item(s) to the address listed above.  JenButi specialist will inspect item for defects.  
    • JenButi will gladly replace the defective item(s) or issue store credit (less the original shipping and handling fee).
    • A30% restocking fee may apply for any opened/used item(s).   
    • The opened item(s) cannot have contents less than half full.  The contents must not be contaminated with foreign substance(s).  The composition of the content must not be different from the original product’s composition.
    • Items found not to be defective may be subject to additional fees. 

Damaged Products: 
During transit, products may be damaged because of mishandling.  Item(s) may be broken or the content may have leaked.  For this very reason, JenButi insures most of our shipments and JenButi will make a claim to the carrier if you receive damaged product(s).  For your benefit, please check all contents of the package at once when you receive it.  Without opening the plastic wrapping or stickers sealing each product, check if the boxes of each product is soaked or has liquid-stained, as this is usually an indication that the bottle of that product is broken.  All claims must be made within 7 days upon receiving the order.  All original packing materials must be saved, including

  • outer box
  • shipping slip
  • invoice
  • any protective packing materials (such as bubble wrap)
  • damaged unopened products
These must be available at the time of inspection, in order for the claim of damage to be considered by the carrier.  To ensure the claim is considered by the carrier, please contact JenButi within 7 days.  JenButi will not be liable for any money loss if the claim is not filed within the required time period.
